After
years of running a local restaurant renowned for it's buscuits and
sausage-gravy, Benjamin and his beautiful wife Graciela decided
to give up the grind of operating a restaurant and get into the
grind of sausage grinding. His secret recipe sausages are now demanded
by some of the finest restaurants in town, as well as vacationers
who enjoy the flavors they can't find anywhere else in town. They
also cure bacon and ham hocks and make a corned beef that would
beat most 'back home'. And there's NO place except Light House that
has genuine BEEF JERKY!
