- these are the terms which best describe the feeling that I wanted for
my newest venture, BIANCO overlooking the Cuale river. I felt that Vallarta
needed a lounge and restaurant that combined the look of the white-washed
houses in town and yet offered a modern, minimalist space for a demanding
cosmopolitan clientele looking for a place to meet, enjoy great drinks,
good music and excellent food in an eclectic atmosphere. Reknowned executive Chef Laurent Delorme created
the new international menu with many new signature dishes presented in
