Sometimes when we head to a destination we learn about events that happened last week or are slated for the week after our departure. Disappointing. But thankfully certain events occur weekly in Puerto Vallarta and are available to visitors all (high) season long. Two such events that returned this year are the Historic Center Art Walk and the Old Town Farmers Market.
